About Our Crust: Our dough is handcrafted daily and fermented at least 12 hours to ensure crisp golden crust and unique artisan flavor. Our pizzas are baked in extremely hot ovens ranging from 650-800 degrees. The extreme heat allows the crust to become flaky & crisp while also allowing the ingredients to cook quickly. Due to the extreme temperature’s the crust will take on a charred appearance. The spots may be black. The quick baking process a superficial char which does not taste bitter, rather taking on a smoky & caramelized set of flavors. We use only the finest, freshest, and local, seasonal ingredients available | |
